Arby's - Tullahoma

It's tough to find anything better than a delicious roast beef sandwich. Both my husband and I are big fans of roast beef sandwiches, which is why Arby's is one of our go-to spots whenever we visit Tullahoma.

I really love this place! I always order my favorite Greek gyro meal with curly fries and a Mellow Yellow. The service is quick, so there's no waiting.

This Arby's location is fantastic. After experiencing poor service in Shelbyville, I decided to cancel my order there and come to this one instead. The staff here really work hard and genuinely want to satisfy their customers. Although they were clearly understaffed and my order totaled about $35, they handled it well despite my high-maintenance requests. They made it clear that they were doing their best. One of the staff members even apologized for the wait, but I assured her I didn't mind waiting as long as they stayed open. I truly appreciate how customer-focused and dedicated they are, especially given how challenging these times can be. I’m willing to drive an extra 20 minutes just to experience their dedication and understanding. This was on December 13, 2022, around 7:30 PM. A big shout-out to the fantastic team! You were amazing! Thank you!

Wow! In a post COVID world customer service is missing everywhere. Yesterday we crossed our fingers and took Arby's a chance in Tullahoma! One word: GO! The young man, Drake on the speaker was there. Then, in the window that the young man told us about our shake, our cheese sticks and a short waiting period. He was happy! He was responsible! Drake has a little tip from my husband. Drake has returned our entire belief in the customer service world. Give him a raise. Promote him and let him train the new ones. Thanks, Arby's and Drake! The food was also delicious. Every bite.

Ordered Beef Cheddar (with horsey sauce on the side), it was great! I will return.
