I visited this restaurant expecting fast food, but quickly discovered that it was a gathering spot for locals to relax and unwind. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
Make a pit stop at Tullah Cafe on the west coast of Tasmania for some mouthwatering dishes and delightful drinks. Alternatively, check out the neighboring renovated restaurant for a sit-down meal served by friendly staff. This fantastic dining spot is steeped in Tullah's history, with captivating pictures and stories adorning the walls. A cozy fireplace will also welcome guests on chilly days. Taking a break from your travels to visit this gem is definitely worthwhile.
We had a fabulous and relaxing stay in tullah this week. a great pleasure to jenni and the tullah general store, also for a delicious dinner on the last Tuesday! Apparently, the caffe offers every Tuesday evening from 18 o'clock a community meal. Beef-Hot pot was delicious and filling- and economically inexpensive. our three family was even treated with a gitarrenserenade by a local Tullah gentleman. we hope we return to explore more from the region. cordial gratitude to the progress unit to get information about the history of tullah.
On the 4-hour drive from Launceston to Strahan we stopped at the cafe in Tullah Village for lunch. It didn't even remotely resemble the photos above. In fact, it was basically a dump in an area that seemed to attract a lot of hillbillies. We...got out of there as quickly as we could. Maybe we went to the wrong spot but it was the only cafe in Tullah Village.
