Starbucks - Tulare

Came in to the Tulare location on Prosperity and Hillman. Mark B., Mena and staff were the most helpful. They gave us the sweetest deal on some packaged coffee!! It was a complete surprise on the deal! The whole team had a great vibe. Sitting and watching them all working together, pushing out this thing we all love ..Coffee. It was cool to see. I don't know about you but coffee makes me feel better and when you have friendly customer service the experience is just a whole lot enjoyable.Thanks for making our day!Happy Saturday,Jeremy and Veronica V.

Depending on the store, sometimes you receive awesome customer service. Sometimes, the employees are grumpy. Overall satisfied thoughDietary restrictions: I appreciate that I can find the online list for gluten free drinks . And what to avoid

3 staff on duty, one customer ahead of me and all they did was talk to themselves. So disappointed on the customer service.

Tried to make an order and they said they were closed. It’s 7:50pm. On line it said open till 8pm.

Only Starbucks I know that clases there lobby 2 hours before closing. And If you put in a mobile order, they'll make you go through the drive thru. Like today, it was literally 6:01 she saw my son get down walking to the door and she locked it. Wow. And so when I pulled up she asked of next time I can let her know that it's for a mobile pick up,,, like why???? Makes no sense just its unfortunate its my newest Starbucks
