I had high expectations of the place, we came as a family celebrating a birthday, but this happened to us: 1.15 minutes for a waiter to serve us. 2. We ordered a minestrone soup which they did not have and immediately afterwards they mention to us as 3 soups on the menu that they did not have either. 3. We ordered risotto and they couldn 't prepare it because they had a lot of people and it is only prepared when they have few tables. It should be noted that according to it is an Italian restaurant. 4. We came with my baby, we asked for a parakeet and they don 't have it either. The waiter in his attempt to be funny and friendly tells us that we are the only restaurant that does not have a parakeet. 5. The cherry on the cake... a salad with salmon had hair included, they replaced it, however, the bad taste in our mouths and nothing took away the bad experience. Prices according to the quality of the dishes but what they offer is mediocre. It is just one more restaurant of those presumptuous, with semi-nice facilities. They accept card. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor restaurante del Estado de Hidalgo y uno de los mejores a nivel nacional. La comida tiene un sazón aútentico italiano y el servicio es ESPECTACULAR. Felicidades!!!
