My congratulations to Juanjo for several reasons, in the first place for giving us wonderful food, with a closed menu in which you change the main courses and the desserts, the entries are common. Secondly, because of his professional attention and kindness, what made us not feel like strangers on our visit to Tuéjar, Chelva and Calles. The food out of 10 great starters I loved the puff pastry cake with sausages from the region and the patatas bravas the other starters were also very good. In the seconds they opted for the suckling lamb from the region (not Australian frozen, beware) which carries a small premium but is worth it. I chose the very good baked knuckle. Note that I want to make it clear that I am not a friend of the owner nor have I ever been to Tuejar in my life, but I am clear that if I return I will do so there.
