La Casa - Tübingen

Great place to stay. Extremely friendly and well-trained staff.

Allegedly 5 stars, but no airco that makes it hard to sleep with open windows while the cars that drive past the main street. had not been left off. only a selection of snacks at 1050 pm arrival, which was prepared before. the time. Five stars, really?

We ate dinner in la casa as part of an overnight stay. we had a temperate night that has borrowed to a beautiful meal in the open on the terrace. with the fountain and only one handful of other guests it was magical. the service...was attentive and fast; but we didn't feel rushed in any way. the selection of broth (as sun-dried tomatoes) was very tasteful. mushroom tagliatelle was tender and savory. the Steak dinner was similar excellent. we were moved after eating because of the wonderful location and the staff let us sit as long as we liked. I can only hope that I can visit tubing again at some point so that I can devote myself to another magical meal here.
