Whataburger - Tucson

The food is good at Whataburger. My husband got his first job there. I guess we just remember the burgers bigger and the shakes larger. Well it's been over 50 years.? Definitely stop and get a burger, fries and a shake. You won't be disappointed. Encourage the young folk working there. My husband loved the experience. Enjoy

Coming to table with my parents is always a pleasure. If you have time to dine in, their lobby is cooler than most, perfect to take a break from the heat and enjoy a What-A-Meal.Parking: There is plenty of parking at this location. Designated spots for pick-up as well as App Order on the North side of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: This What-A-Burger location is very accomidating any special mobility need. There's two tables designated for a walker or wheelchair. You can never be too careful crossing the parking lot. Designated parking is accomidating.

Whataburger has become a staple for me and my friends late night meals. Reliable, consistent and slippery floors sometimes but it adds to a fun night.

My Hubby stopped to pick up some lunch after going to the VA. When he got home he realized we only got half of our order. I called them asked them to just credit our card back and they refused. They said we could drive back and they would give us cash back or replace the order. It 's too far for us to travel it would cost us more in gas to go all the way back. Talked to Aslin and she said She would write a note to give us a free one next time we came there. I feel like this is incredibly poor customer service if you don 't know how to reverse a transaction , maybe you need more Training!!!!!

Definitely not one of the better Whataburgers in Tucson!! The bacon cheeseburger was dry ordered their New Banana Pudding Shake...paid for everything. Then, of course, the shake machine is broken. What??? Why did you allow me to pay for it if the machine is broken??? Didn 't offer a refund of the difference, ? just got an apple pie instead. Never again. I 'll go to Sonic next time.
