Bidrage med feedbackI had to repeat my order six times to the staff, but they still managed to get it wrong. After three more attempts inside, they finally got it right.
I ordered a burger but received the incorrect bun and no queso. Additionally, I ordered an asiago ranch chicken sandwich but did not receive any ranch dressing. It appears that the shift lead should ensure that mobile orders are at the very least informed of any missing items, as they are already paid for at the window.
This store hasn't had air conditioning for weeks now. Too hot to eats in the store.
Very slow. Probably the slowest wendy’s i’ve been to. I waited 8 minutes for a frosty. A single frosty.
Repairs and more staffing needed. Store has had broken AC for close to a month, floor is very sticky every time I'm there, and items like napkins/kethcup/pepper/etc are almost always empty.
