Wendy's - Tucson

The service was excellent. We ordered the bourbon bacon cheeseburger, but it was quite disappointing. I would expect it to be on a two-dollar menu, to say the least.

I had a fantastic experience enjoying lunch at this restaurant. The remodel is beautiful, giving it a more upscale atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the new fries were outstanding. Unfortunately, the soda fountain was out of a few options (including the ones I wanted), but I can’t hold that against them too much. Overall, it was a wonderful visit!

If I could give this zero stars I would. This place it the most ghetto Wendy 's on all of Tucson. The staff are rude and snarky. Stopped here after going to the fair. Was told they had no ice but I could go next door to the Chevron. Also they were out of all sauces except sweet and sour and the soda bar was a mess no ketchup in the container but all over the counter though. When I left to go around since the gate between the 2 was closed, I was locked out. The manager went behind me and locked me out. Had to knock several times before she let me back in and told me the door can not be left unlocked. Got let back in, tried going to get ice, some other worker told me he didn 't know why the manager told me I could get ice over, the rolled his eyes shrugged his shoulders and walked away arguing with me when I said the manager told me I could. When I was able to finally get ice I tried to tell the dude at Chevron thank you he as well muttered under his breath, and laughed with the other ride dude. If it wasn 't for my son and his friend being so hungry from the fair I would of demanded my money back and went somewhere else. Even when I was standing at the counter waiting and making sure the workers didn 't do anything to my food, the rude worker asked what do you want now never ever come back here again and will spread over all social media to stay away. Not good Wendy 's, need to do better and retain your night shift.

Ok food. Restaurant was empty, but every table was dirty. They did not wipe down the tables at all. So many flies! Like eating in a barn type fly infestation. Only reason for the second star was the frosty. Chocolate and Strawberry...yum!

It was late at night and I was going to use the drive thru. You can't see the height sign and there is a red bar before the height sign that is not visible at night. Needless to say I scraped the top of my air/heater unit. I have a high top roof van. Having it checked for damage. I backed out and never did get any food. Anyone with a high roof be very careful the red danger metal bar is before you can see the height sign.
