The Funky Monk - Tucson

Pizza was here a bomb and good vibes with dj and just went there to load my phone and dj accused my phone. Good moods for a party and drinks are great.

For the first time spend the night in Tucson, traveled from Phoenix. This place was found Friday night. The entire staff was friendly and greeted us when we came in. Since we are from Phoenix, I decided to order a high maintenance drink (typically I do not do this at home) that was super tasty. My nabeby ordered the pepperoni pizza, I got the paprika salad. The food was really delicious. The next night after dinner in a steak house on the street we came back for another cocktail. Had a few here, the staff was still on the spot. It is a friendly place, cool inside and we really enjoyed it.

This place has a very live atmosphere. Colorful,alot of lights (some a little to bright at times) a good amount of tvs so your able to view a sporting event if needed. The bar is very long and good amount of space to social distance. Outside is medium size with main circle and side seating. High raised metal stools and tables. Menu has a good variety selections but I wanted to try a recommendation so I got the punch bowls. I got the beach bunny as well as the pink caddy. Both had some good mixture flovor but me personally would make them a little stronger but very good otherwise. For food I order the super bagel bites. These are decent size,fresh, and come out very hot heat wise so caution ?? with that first bite but very good and filling. Other items to try on menu for another adventure but this is a decent place to pre game or casual outing.

I remember when this location was the Wasted Grain a few years ago. It changed over to something else before it became what it is now. The Funky Monk. I hadn?t returned here for a very long time and finally decided to give it a try. I had the a Sonoran white chocolate beer. I didn?t have any food but I plan to return and try it out. The bartender was fun! I enjoyed her presence! ???

Lives to his name. Funky place for bars and drinks. Video library and games included. Friendly staff makes this a great place to stop and refuel.
