Bidrage med feedbackLast week, we visited a Subway in Oro Valley, and I noticed that our bill seemed a bit high. When we got in the car, I checked the receipt and saw that a nearly $6.00 tip was included that we didn't agree to. The staff member didn't ask us for permission, and we certainly didn't approve it. Is that even legal? It feels like she took our money without our consent. She mentioned that this wasn't the store she usually worked at. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt. Is there anything I can do about this?
I've been longing for a delicious sandwich lately, and since I can't have gluten, I thought I was out of luck. Fortunately, they deconstructed the sandwich for me so I could assemble it with my own lettuce leaves at home. I do wish they offered an option to wrap the sandwich in lettuce. However, the meats and cheeses are outstanding, and I definitely plan to return.
Disgusting! I really can't understand why anyone would choose this place over the many other options we have in Tucson, such as Egges or Freaky Fast Jimmy John's. Subway's quality has dropped significantly in the past few months!
