Romano's Macaroni Grill North Tucson

Had reservations for a party of 4 in Ina Rd location for New Year's because Romano’s had advertised a special 3-course New Year dinner. Sitting, discovering that the restaurant is CLOSED. I always think. Imagine a reservation in a restaurant that does not exist. Anyway, so no, I can't recommend this place unless you are REALLY SERIOUS to lose weight or avoid annoying restaurants. P.S. I assume that Broadway is still open.

We had here dinner on Christmas evening the restaurant closed for the next day and the half of the wait staff did not wait for the work. the rest of the staff has treated everything amazingly and we had a very nice dinner.

Christmas Eve meal, they had a kind of problem with cooking staff and food took forever. If we did it, it was good and I would recommend it.

Everyone was very welcoming to our party and especially to my 97-year-old mother in law who uses a walker. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We ordered soup and salad for before our entrees, but the entrees came before we were half finished with our soups and salads, which was awkward. I ordered the new chopped salad, which was not good, though the tomato basil soup that I had time to eat was fine. Everyone else seemed pleased with their entrees. We did not get to try the hot bread because of the awkward timing of our other food. Overall this was a typical chain fast casual restaurant with reasonable prices and a staff which is trained to be kind to seniors.

When we arrived, no one greeted us for at least 10 minutes. My spouse went to the bathroom and was shocked that I was still waiting to be seated when she returned and it was NOT BUSY. Once we were seated our waitress asked us for our cocktail order and then we were informed our waitress had changed. My meal was great shrimp scallops but my spouses flatbread was just OK. We have been going to Macaroni Grill in Colorado for years, but this is the first time in AZ not a great experience. Don't know if it was an off night, but I would hesitate to go to this location again..
