You just have to do donuts. I have no idea why I trusted avocado toast from there lol
Drive thru worst customer service, it was 5:53 and they told us they had only special doughnut because they were closed soon when we asked when they said the girl at 7. She talked to us as if we were asking for free meals. on a wise one that made me leave the load no more.
I am a restaurant supervisor myself, and my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The woman working there was not very welcoming or friendly. When I ordered a ham and cheese croissant, she responded rudely, saying they didn't serve that. The coffee I received was not hot and was also the wrong kind. It seems like they may need some retraining in customer service.
My daughter and I used to love coming to this restaurant years ago. The staff was great back then. I would have given it 5 stars, but the employee, Micheal, at the register seemed miserable. He didn't seem to enjoy his job and barely smiled. He also spoke very quietly, making it difficult to hear him. When I asked him to speak up, he appeared annoyed and seemed to rush through the transaction. He also seemed hesitant to touch me when giving me my change, dropping it in my hand awkwardly. If you're unhappy in your job, find a new one! However, Justin (I believe that's his name) is fantastic. He's been working here for years and remains friendly and welcoming. That's why we continue to come back.
