Worst customer service by the Starbucks employee. Asiana or whatever her name has a very poor attitude. She was in a seriously bad mood. Her other teammates were very nonchalant. Neither one expressed any interest to help at all. She went off on me for no reason. I asked to reload my Starbucks card prior to ordering and she said she was not able to do that. That’s not something they do. How? It’s a Starbucks and the other Target ones I’ve been to, do it. I finally told her to forget about it to just go ahead and charge my debit card. She did and then they proceeded to get my order wrong. She got mad because I asked for her name. She got so upset that she went to tell on me to security. Security just looked at her like she was crazy because I was not causing a big scene or anything. Target Starbucks please get your employees in check. There is no reason they should mistreat customers because they’re having a bad day. By the way it was not clean at all. Maybe instead of arguing with people she should get to work and keeping the place clean.
I stopped there to get some coffee and while there was a bit of a wait , I was patient. My issue was when one of their employees, DAGEM, brought out some reusable cups to put on display to be sold and she dropped the lids on the ground. Instead of her taking them to the back to wash them off, she proceeded to put each lid that she got off the ground on a cup and set them up to be sold. I asked her why would she do this and she said that “she” expected people to wash them before using them. I told her she works for Starbucks but realized after getting her responses and attitude that Starbucks works for her!!!No employee should EVER feel like they have that much power after doing something so gross, IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!! I, of course, left without buying anything and buyer beware because if she is comfortable enough to do something like this in front of customers, imagine what she is capable of when she can’t be seen.
Customer service could use a little polishing with the young lady at reg., very short with answers, act like she was aggravated with my questions and didnt give or offer receipt just flat out rude.
