Bidrage med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant is terrible, I recommend hiring a whole new staff. The employee Charlea was unhelpful and rude during my last visit. She directed me to use the drive-thru without providing any explanation. I was told they were short-staffed, but that is no excuse for giving customers attitude and providing sarcastic apologies. I believe someone should contact corporate about this issue. If you are not happy with your job, please work somewhere else, like McDonalds. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand what it's like to be short-staffed, but it is important to treat customers with respect. Slamming the drive-thru door on people and not greeting them is unacceptable. I suggest closing down this franchise.
Updated on 5-11-24, I visited the drive-thru and was informed they were not accepting orders. I felt harassed by the staff. I decided to place my order online and then pick it up in person. Despite there being no line when I arrived, my order was never prepared on time, even though I had ordered 15-20 minutes in advance. Additionally, it took 15-20 minutes for them to make my smoothie. I lodged a complaint with corporate multiple times but never received a response.
