Celia's Mexican - Tualatin

The food was fantastic! I didn't ask if we wanted desert. We had covered our drink at any time. It was a total rating of 5 stars. But slow down.

All right. Basic Mexican American style food as I call it. The building and restaurant require an update. Service is always very good. Eating is okay.

Both the service and the food are consistently excellent. You can't go wrong with Celias!

Favorite restaurant!! The salsa is AMAZING, the service is super friendly, and everything on the huge menu is great! great places upstairs, just one of the best places to dine on fantastic dishes!

Seasonal Great. The food is really good here. In summer, this place is great if you can get an outside seat. During the other months, however, the restaurant is located at the top in a very full enclosed area (the air is stagnating in this restaurant). There is little / no air circulation at this point your meal is quite unpleasant. I'd get the food here.
