I do not recommend this restaurant, and in particular I do not recommend the lady behind the bar who takes orders. Situation from today: Wanting to eat something with a friend, we asked for menu cards at the bar, the lady present there did not give us them, she immediately forced us the dish of the day. Asking if there is a different soup than the one she suggested, she replies no, even though I noticed sour rye soup and red borscht in the menu. So I decided to order the second course and it fell on some kind of devolay where it comes with boiled potatoes, as I don't like them so I asked if they could be replaced with fries (it wasn't the first restaurant I've eaten at and in all other such changes are unproblematic and on the agenda The lady uncertainly answered the question that such a change cannot be made. After my surprise and disbelief, the lady was kind enough to go to the kitchen and ask about such a basic thing and she came back reassuring me that I had to pay extra for fries, so I agreed. This moment in this restaurant disappointed me so much that I wanted to go back there to leave but gave this Lady and the restaurant a chance. I thought it was just devolay and fries, so I'll order red borscht because that's what it says on the menu, and that's what I asked for. The lady filling the order for the cash register sums up that for me it's devolay with fries, and for my friend red borscht. My hands fell off.... and the level of ridicule of this lady reached heaven.. My colleague did not say a word about what he would order, and the lady behind the bar denied that he had ordered borscht a moment ago.. In the meantime, this confusion created by you for At the bar, this lady managed to put something on my bill, and I managed to pay for it. After all this incompetence and confusion on the part of the lady serving customers, I completely lost my desire to stay in this place further and I had no desire to eat anything there. So I asked for the transaction to be reversed and the money back to the card, because I paid with the card. The lady behind the bar, serving customers, the cash register and the payment terminal, said that she could not undo the transaction .. In disbelief, I asked again if she really could not undo the transaction using the payment terminal?? She replied that she did not, but probably wanting to reflect on reversing, she boasted that she can reverse the car (THIS ARE THE WORDS OF THIS LADY! and you should be a professional driver? Or if you still want to stay and can develop in the industry, I suggest moving to the position of food delivery? As for the refund, because of course we gave up consumption in this place. The lady invited me tomorrow. Dear Madam, tomorrow I will be in the other part of Poland due to the fact that in Trzebiatów we were just passing through.. I don't want any more money for this order, I just want to warn others about this place and I advise you to avoid it due to the total incompetence of the lady working there. I don't greet. Matthew.
