Dusty Cowboy - Truth Or Consequences

Yet another place that won't answer the phone when you try and call an order in. I'm sure the waitresses like that because they want the tips but what do the business owners think? I literally will not tip your terrible waitresses if they can't even answer the phone. Normally I get it to go AND tip so it's win win for both of us but the waitresses are so greedy and horrible and egotistical they want to make you look at them and talk to them and give them ATTENTION that's why they won't answer the phone when you call an order in because that's the only male attention they'll ever get is you going in and pretending to be nice to them so they don't mess with your food.

Excellent pancakes and their $4.49 breakfast special is something we look forward to, when offered. Friendly staff, good hot coffee, and the food comes out the way you ask.

WOW, what an excellent dinner! We enjoyed the Friday night Catfish Dinner special. And it was delicious. Very good portions for the price and very tasty. Just perfect light n' crisp breading covering the tasty catfish, hushpuppies that were sweetened with a hint of sugar, and great french fries. The ice tea is fresh cold-brewed. Clean restaurant and very friendly waitress. Sure am glad we stopped for dinner at the Dusty Cowboy. We will be returning again soon!

Well. That 'll be it for me there. Three times there with marginal food (at best). Showed up a few minutes ago at 1103. Waitress yelled across the restaurant, we 're done serving breakfast. Finished at 1100. REALLY? BYE!

We brought friends from El Paso...everyone's meal was great. I had the best pulled pork sandwich, best one in a long time. Everyone else had a wonderful meal. We will be back. Looking forward to trying the enchilada plate! Lynn
