The Cheesecake Factory - Trumbull

We have been loyal customers for over 20 years, but unfortunately, we've noticed a decline in both the taste and portion sizes of the food, even as prices continue to rise. We understand the impact that COVID has had on pricing, but the quality should not be suffering as a result. We truly hope to see improvements in quality, but until then, we will have to stop dining here.

This was a fantastic spot for a lovely girls' night out! The ambiance was wonderful, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow; all of our dishes came out about ten minutes apart, which meant we had to take turns watching each other eat. Our server was pleasant, but the pace of service could use some improvement. Additionally, they were out of several items on the menu. Overall, I had a great time with my friends, and I would recommend this place for a nice evening out.

This restaurant is an excellent choice for a meal with friends, family, a work meeting, or celebrating a special occasion. The staff is always eager to assist with menu inquiries, drink suggestions, and any other needs. We requested takeout boxes for our leftovers, and everything tasted delicious the next day as well. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!

What a fantastic restaurant! My aunt took me here to celebrate my birthday, and it was wonderful! I must mention our waitress—she was absolutely incredible, so kind and attentive. The food was delicious; they served warm bread with butter, which was delightful, and the service was impressively quick. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the diverse menu. Update: I returned and tried the veggie burger with sweet potato fries, and it was the best veggie burger I have ever had! I will definitely be coming back for more! So yummy!

We dined at this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and my husband and I had a delightful experience. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a wonderful evening. The menu features a diverse selection of dishes, ensuring that most guests will find something to their liking. We certainly did!
