Zoup! - Troy

This Zoup! is the best one I've been to yet. Whenever I'm traveling, I try to make sure to visit a Zoup! because of their health conscious ingredients and delicious soups. This store was very clean and the employees behind the counter were so nice, even with how packed it was when I came in. 10/10, would recommend to anyone in the area who hasn't tried it out yet. Make sure you also get a punch card so you can reap the rewards from being a continued customer!

If you like soup this is your place. A dozen different options every time you go. Sample all you want before you choose. 9 11 19 dropping a star. I don't get to come here much anymore due to work. I was excited to get off early enough to try and swing in before they closed, only to going out they had closed 20 minutes early. If you say you're open until 8, you stay open until 8.

Wonderful location! Service was delightful. Everyone was friendly helpful and kind I visit Zoup a couple of time per month and this was the first time that anyone offered me a punch card. I usually visit the Northwestern Highway store there is a night and day difference.

I registered online for rewards at Zoup and received a buy one, get one free coupon. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the Santa Fe chicken chili soup, both of which were delicious. The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was excellent. Since I visited during a less busy time, I didn’t have to wait at all to be served. The staff member was kind enough to let me sample some soups before I made my final choices, ensuring I was happy with my selections. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning soon.

The soups here are excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. I really appreciate how the manager prepares my salads and sandwiches; she is incredibly friendly and brings a warm touch that complements the delicious, hearty soups.
