Shake Shack

We really enjoyed the gluten-free rolls on the burgers and the personal asked if it was an allergy. we were disappointed not to be able to eat the fries (not gluten-free) and that the service was slow and our drinks came far after our eating.

I love shake shack so much its so much better than in n out. I am from Cali and I'm in love...... I love the og and shroom and vanilla shake.!!! Yummmmm please open more restaurants!!

Absolutely loved their burgers! The Black truffle and Smoke Shack burgers are great! (Black truffle is more crispy and creamy and Smoke shack is more spicy) It is a order, wait for order then take to your table style. Very accessible. Great view with large windows to view the streets.

Visited shake shack for the first time and I will never go back. The food was WAY over priced for the quality. The fries seemed like they were frozen fries not fresh and were very soggy. My burger was so crunchy it hurt my throat to eat. My shake was not drinkable through a straw because it was not blended properly. One of our sprites was literally just carbonation no flavor we also asked for a large pop with no ice and they gave us a small pop with ice. The staff didn?t pay attention to the needs of their customers. We went up for refills waited 10 minutes and didn?t even get the refill. The tables were not cleaned from previous customers. I also noticed that they had a very unorganized waiting area for pick up services that didn?t seem very covid friendly. This experience was not good at all. I will I never return to this location or visit another shake shack again. If you?re looking for good quality burgers and FRESH fries, you?re better off going to 5 guys for the same price and much better food and service.

HARD PASS ON THIS LOCATION! We have given this location many chances to improve but the are literally the worst. I haven't done a review on them until tonight but I feel like it's unfair to continue to let people go here without warning you. Let me caveat by saying that if it wasn't so stinking expensive, my expectations would be much lower. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have been here (over 10+ times) they have screwed something up. Tonight was no exception. I paid $63 for 4 people and got nasty, soggy fries, a really messed up Smoke Shack (pictures attached) and they forgot my sandwich and I had to drive back and get it. Do yourself a big favor and skip this location.. Not Worth It!!
