The best and delicious cookies ever made. workers are very nice. I ordered a biscuit on Saturday and was the one who gave me the biscuits he treated me like a family and is a very good man. must recommend!

Recently was here. the casser was worried, I think. he was incredibly friendly and fast!

Gorge is an amazing worker and is efficient with the customers keeping them the great work mr. fields

Not follow directions rudely outraged and dismaying, mary and george gave me a command that was completely wrong. when I called the problem, the staff tried to blame my door lock driver for confirming a wrong order. when I gave mary and got a chance to make it right, I was constantly lied because mary began to contradict. I said I will bring her back with the cookies for a refund or credit and mary, tried to threaten me when they come here. in a rude ton, and before she was done, I asked if you threatened me? then she starts laughing and screaming in my ear that calls are recorded. then I reconciled myself that I have nothing to do with these children, and I was given 14 of his own. I said to mary, I will write a review and she started mocking me and write her review I don't care that I also write corporate and in the mall beyond. I was cheated and felt less than something that was completely out of my hands. frau fields have screwed my order and were not willing to correct the situation internally.

Just had a very interesting experience when placing an order. I wanted to order a cookie cake ASAP- the guy on the phone said he would put me on hold, however, he actually didn't. I could hear in the background them talking; do you want to make a cookie cake ... more chatter I couldn't understand... then heard him say to another worker she doesn't want to make the cookie cake He then said we can pick it up soon, but the woman who will be making it isn't that good ... or, we can wait for the decorator to come in later this evening. So I have to wait all day because they don't want to work....?I've been coming here for years and always have had a great experience. This was very frustrating knowing I could've had the cake earlier in time for my little sister's birthday, but they just didn't want to make it.
