Loccino Italian Grill - Troy

The food was good. We had issues with a Gift Card. We ordered the anniversary special which stated that no COUPONS or other DISCOUNTS could not be used. They would not let us use a $25 dift card. The manger on duty was also rude when discussing this issues. We explained our point of view and she kept interrupting. I wanted to slap her! I finally asked her loudly to Stop interrupting, like I would to a child and finished my speech.Again, good food and the server was ok, but dealing with the manager left us with no desire to step foot in Loccino's again!

Am leaving town today on business. Last night I took the family here and it was wonderful. Great food. Great atmosphere. The pasta sauce was amazing. And the bill at the end of the meal wasn’t bad either. Thank you for letting me see my family off with style

My wife and I were first timers. The wedge salad was excellent. The veal Florence was excellent.

It was nice and quiet ,the staff was on target not to talkative. It was decent for the price

I booked my granddaughters bridal shower brunch at Loccino. The food was wonderful and all of my guests raved about the selection and the how wonderful everything tasted. The staff were very attentive and were kind and helpful. It has been 3 weeks since my event and my guests are still raving about food, venue and staff. The bride to be was so happy and loved the way it impressed her future in-laws. Highly recommend for any event. Great food. They accommodated a guest that was lactose intolerant and gluten intolerance. Parking: 5600 Crooks Rd Troy, MI
