When my husband went to go pick up dinner for our family the employee told him we could not substitute something we have literally don't for 15+ years. Most of the food seemsokay which is not typical of this place anymore!!! They forgot half the sauces he asked for and the drive thru time is alwaysthe worst! Also when I order a mash potato I want more then a spot of gravy nothing like dry food. I keep giving themopportunities and they just screw it up everytime.
Placed a mobile order and sent my teenage son to pick it up. They had the inside doors locked and the drive through told him to wait out front. He waited for well over an hour while they brought every other customers food out. They did not answer thephones. Sent my wife to go up there and request a refund. Absolutely ridiculous service and behavior from staff.
We won’t be returning to this KFC! My husband and I have had two frustrating experiences with online orders for pickup at 7:30 and 8 PM. The first time, when we arrived, they informed me that the only item available was popcorn chicken because they didn’t feel like cooking any other chicken and were trying to leave early. The second visit was just as bad; we drove over only to find that they were closed at 8 PM, even though their posted hours indicate they close at 10 PM! I had to call twice for refunds. The staff there seem very unmotivated!
I walked in last night but ended up leaving right away. I've never encountered a restaurant so filthy before. As soon as I stepped through the door, I noticed an odd smell. The floors were dirty, there was trash scattered about, and you could see layers of baked-on grease accumulating in the warming area. I definitely won't be returning. I'm not sure how they manage to pass health inspections.
While I waited for my order, I noticed several customers from both the drive-through and dining area complaining that their orders were incorrect. After about 15-20 minutes, a staff member informed me that they were out of mashed potatoes, which I hadn't ordered anyway. No one had come in after me to place an order. I overheard the manager telling the staff to "stop taking orders, there’s just too much going on." At one point, a worker came into the lobby and locked the doors, while another outside turned away cars waiting in the drive-through. After another 20-minute wait, I finally received my order: 8 pieces of chicken, 2 coleslaws, and biscuits—not at all what I had ordered! When I asked them to correct it, I was given a small fry and told they were out of gravy. The only substitute they offered was corn, and they refused to refund my money. The management here is extremely poor!
