Granite City Food Brewery - Troy

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. However was disappointed with the Chicken pot pie. It was too runny and would have loved to have had the crust all around instead of just on the top. The Idaho Nacho waffle fries needed to be cooked more and would have appreciated more rice with the Cajun Jambalaya.

I hadn't been to Granite City for years and am glad I gave it another try. I wasn't impressed before, but the menu changes and drink specials along with great customer service will definitely have us return again soon.

Bad just terrible. No one is coming to the phone and i was suppose to be transferred and he hung up.

This was yesterday 5/13/24. Service was terrible, we had a reservation for 5:30, we were not seated for 90 minutes. Our drinks were served in cups, because there were no clean glasses. Our food took an hour to come to the table. Mother's day is supposed to be a special day, but I did it feel special by Granite City.

The worst dining experience I’ve had in my entire life. We scheduled a table four days in advance for Mother’s Day. Our table was scheduled for 3:30 we were sat at 4pm. Waters for the table came down at 4:30 pm followed by our drinks at 5:00 a full hour after we have been sat. After ordering food for the night we had our entries arrive a full 2 hours after sitting down (3 hours after arriving to the restaurant) and had two orders come incorrectly with my grand fathers meal not arriving at all. Our waiter has a breakdown at this point and is crying, while my table and multiple other try’s to reassure him and get him to relax… a kitchen staff employee comes out at this point and gives my grandfather a attitude about his order and ask” what he wants to eat” while the entire table has their food in boxes… do not come here…. It was a 350$ dinner for a service you can receive that would not even compete with Waffle House. Complete joke.
