Moeller Brew Barn - Troy

The staff acts as if the place is closed. We sat down and got no service after waiting for 15 minutes. The staff didn't even venture out of one small area. We moved to a different place on the seating floor where we were right in the staff's face, to discover that we were being deliberately ignored! We decided to take our business elsewhere. Every table that didn't have people sitting at it had a pile of dishes waiting to be done. Not sure if they're understaffed or they just have underwhelming staff.

We waited for 15 minutes, even sitting at the bar, without anyone greeting us or acknowledging our presence. The staff completely ignored us, not even making eye contact. It's disappointing because the restaurant seemed like a cool place. There were many tables with dirty glasses, and no effort was being made to clean them up.

The food was okay, I ordered the pizza and all the toppings were in the center. The beer could have been colder, but it had good flavor. Overall, it was just an okay visit.

The food was below average. The tater tots were not cooked enough, the black bean burger was like mush on a bun, and the chili was flavorless. However, the beer was enjoyable.

We hosted our Rehearsal Dinner here in the large party room and it was perfect. They had all of the food ready for our group of 30 shortly after arrival. The service was great, the waitresses made sure we all had drinks. They did a phenomenal job and I would recommend Moeller for any kind of party!
