As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, but instead, I often feel ignored. There have been moments where employees seem more interested in chatting among themselves than addressing customers. On one occasion, while waiting for my pizza, a staff member casually acknowledged me with a head nod, which felt unwelcoming as I didn't know them. When my pizza was finally ready, it was placed on the counter without anyone calling out my name, and the staff just walked away. That behavior felt rude and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to feel apprehensive before even entering the restaurant due to past experiences with service. I even found myself praying for a good meal, hoping to enjoy my pizza.

One staff member walked past me without even a proper greeting, just giving me a nod, which felt very unwelcoming. And when my pizza was finally ready, instead of calling my name, they just left it on the counter and walked away. That’s really rude! I shouldn’t have to go in with a negative attitude because of previous bad experiences. Honestly, I even prayed hard about my pizza before I ate it!
