Dal Barone Food&drink - Tropea

Located in a splendid location. Small but well organised. The sandwich is of good quality, the bread is fresh and the ingredients are excellent, but it is cold, the mozzarella is not stringy, it has just been cut and put there, the pulled pork is cold, only one of the sandwiches are saved, the one with the hamburger which has been plated and therefore hot. It's really a shame, such a beautiful place deserved more passion and more attention. The price is a little high.

Great cozy restaurant in the middle of Tropea. We only drank some so we can't rate the food. Service was very accommodating and nice, although you can't go wrong with cola and beer. However, when you reach 10€ for the Aperol Spritz then you know that there are enough tourists in the area ‍ 1 star deducted because I didn't get the espresso but it was charged. Unfortunately I didn't notice it at the moment. Price per person: €1–10

What can I say, a gin tonic and a negroni €27, worthy of a bar in Piazza Navona, but without the enchanting Roman view, if not the proximity to the balcony overlooking the sea, obstructed by rivers of people walking aimlessly, just to digest holiday lunches. Unfortunately all the bars were full and we didn't ask the prices; so we deserved it. A few meters away the same two drinks cost €18. Price per person: €10–20

Bar located right in the center, staff friendliness was okay. Not noticeably friendly but not unfriendly either. We had already found bars that were cheaper. Price per person: €10–20 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
