Restaurant Fuzion D'Orient

On our way back from Quebec, we stopped halfway to have dinner on Sunday evening, July 3rd. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat dinner option for a fixed price that is affordable. There is a lot of variety, but some dishes are lacking, such as the shrimp pad thai (the noodles were unfortunately clumped together) and the General Tso's chicken (very small piece of chicken). The sushi, however, was good. As for the service, we had bad luck as several employees did not show up for work. The service was therefore slow, and we did not receive some of the dishes we ordered, while we received dishes we did not order. In conclusion, we will not be returning.

After driving back from Chicoutimi, we made a pit stop in Trois Riviers and stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant offering buffet-style dining. The concept is all-you-can-eat, but you get to pick and choose your dishes, which are served piping hot. A fantastic spot to dine in.
