Good room. maintenance required and a replacement of old items such as bed linen, kisses, bathroom curtains etc. for fresh look and better experience. the breakfast menu should not be the same every day.

Five stars for the ambiente and eat. amazing location with stunning views. the vibes is really good. ladies friendly on the dach with good eating and music. the seat capacity is the king of limited but good enough. a place to relax with friends in the evening.

I am not satisfied at all with the behavior of the employees in the amazon rooftop bar in the ruby arena. They do not allow us to sit without buying anything for a minute. Once we're done, what we drink, we'll have to leave the place. where are the rules of customer satisfaction. we don't just sit without buying anything. Should we buy a beer every five minutes? that's unfair. we as a customer have our own right to take time and make our orders. the employees are not right to get us out. I'm not all happy with it. very good!

I was for a test in trivandrum. I have booked the hotel executive room by making my travel app and paying 3k for single rooms. I reached 10 a.m. after a 12-hour train ride. the personal at the reception was very rude. he sat there and talked to a hotel staff. I have to wait there for 10 minutes to check my booking and again 10 to 15 minutes to get the necessary. the room was very small, ac was not correct, ventilator regulator was broken, room had mosquitoes, washroom pipes were out and had cockroaches. the room was completely different than shown in the app. I can better place in cheaper price. only a good point was the breakfast. the food was delicious. not recommended.

Good experience. The rooftop bar is having a nice view of the city. Especially during the sunset time, it's a great experience. Ideal place to chill out with friends.
