Gorgeous building in a historic part of Trinidad, very inviting from the outside looking in. My experience however was not so impressive. They advertise that their waiters sing, but mine did not, and instead was sat next to a speaker blaring music. I ordered their Chicken Eggplant Cardinale with an Italian salad. The eggplant on top was still frozen. I got chicken parm instead without any fuss, but was still unimpressed by both the quality and taste. Too much sauce that was very acidic, parmesan cheese was crunchy, small piece of chicken that was not breaded.
