The Cog Cafe Tring

I really liked it here. the food was nice and freshly cooked. I had the cod sandwich that was very good. the salad was very fresh and had a delicious dress on it. the atmosphere was relaxed and I and my partner stayed for one sitting and talking while we had lunch and drinks. we didn't feel any hurry. it was beautifully decorated and also seemed good for children as the staff was so friendly.

Nice full English, no tomatoes but that's okay by me as I don't like them. Well cooked quality products. Traditional tea room atmosphere. Probably best value breakfast in tring. Does lunch menu and afternoon teas. Good service, good quality and good value. Only downside is it's 10 yards off the high street so visitors will have to look beyond the end of their noses. But it's well worth the effort.

Lovely place. Friendly people. Delicious food (including a good range of vegie food) and plenty of it. Half portions for younger or less hungry people. Looks like there's an enthusiasm for cycling by the proprietor.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was delightful. There's not much else to add, except that I'm really glad I decided to stop by for breakfast. Just a note: the breakfast portion is on the smaller side while the coffee is quite large—perfect for someone with a hearty appetite like me!

Great café! The food was just as delightful as the coffee, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It has a very cozy atmosphere. My 3 and 6-year-olds had a wonderful time and loved their children's meals. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available too.
