First time I tasted a trapizzino, street food of Roman cuisine: crunchy dough on the outside, soft and light on the inside, due to the high hydration and long leavening. I tried the one with tongue and green sauce...spectacular! I did an encore. The staff is young and helpful as well as kind and really quick. Not a very spacious place...few tables inside and a few places with stools outside...absolutely try it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Super cute little place, cozy and perfect for a quick bite. My only problem was that the tiramisu was still a little frozen when they served it. Trapizzini always good, but since they changed management disorganization reigns, 30 minutes of waiting and they didn't bring the menu to the next table for 15 minutes... Bring back the guys from before! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
