Family room is good as 3 stars hostel located on the 1st floor, Elevator is very small for a stroller. room well organized 4 beds newly renovated and clean with french terrace 108. Heating and AC available. Available garage 15 Euro per day. The location is not the best, if you would like to walk to the city center hard because the streets going down down and in the way back need to climb so many stairs and streets to up up. The staff are the most sad and bad behavior i ever see! Need to change them for more friendly and smiles on the face. Not good hospitality. Thats why the hotel getting very low ratings i think.! Breakfast is okay, missing the vegetables for us.

Good location and nice rooms, but terrible service. Upon our arrival we encountered unhelpful and arrogant staff. Unfortunately we happened to break a piece of the door of our room, which we rightly paid for, but when we called the hotel service to let them know, they treated us like ****, accusing us of having done it on purpose. Then our apologies were not enough and to take revenge they took 300 euros to repay a damage that they will get over with less than 80. In conclusion, if you want to spend a peaceful holiday, I recommend going to another place, perhaps with worse rooms , but with staff who treat you like gentlemen.
