Bidrage med feedbackWe visited the Triebeltal restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Like more often in the Vogtland, behind a rather inconspicuous facade there is a tasteful gem. Matching the current football EM, the entrance area is extensively decorated with our national colors. There is also a special EM card as a supplement to the main card. For example, there is a Ukrainian Soljanka (3,30€ as an appetizer, as well as various other dishes related to the host countries or to football. The two guest rooms are detailed. A continuous line with panoramic photos of Vogtland's landscapes and sights on the upper edge of the walls is immediately noticeable. The series is also equipped with a backlight! In the middle of the rear guest room there is a tree integrated into the building substance. The menu primarily offers local home cooking, but also some exotics such as a kangaroo steak can be found. We chose original vogtländische Sauerbraten (7,50€ and Entenbrustfilet Pfanne (11, €). The latter can be found on the card section favorite foods from Mr Fuchs. Rasch received the obligatory greetings from the kitchen: Two corners of crispy whole grain toast with fresh Zaziki square, nicely served on curved large spoons. The original vogtländische Sauerbraten was served with green clasps as it belongs here. The corresponding salad was dispensed with as well as the blue herb, which resulted in a small discount. The sour roast was butter-soft in a thick, ally sauce. About vogtl. Sauerbraten was already a trial. It tastes much stronger and somewhat sweeter than its Bavarian or Rhenish relatives. I like him so much and he made his name honor in the Triebel Valley. Very tasty! The dumplings were equally good in taste and consistency. The duck breast fillet pan was served in a pan with abundant forest mushrooms, duck sauce, green lumps and was decorated with some orange slices. Also here predicates tasty! The duck breast fillet slices were in the core a touch of pink and the crust crispy. The sanitary area deserves special mention. It is maritim and detailed designed and absolutely clean! In beautiful weather there are some in the guest garden for about 60 seats. A pre-order on weekends is recommended as the restaurant is widely known and appreciated by the Vogtländer! Conclusion of the edible lion: return absolutely recommended. Tasty food at reasonable prices with family service.
Visit this inn more often, friendly service, wide selection of wild specialities and pleasant atmosphere. The drinks come promptly and you get a little attention of the house to taste. You don't wait long for food, which is tasty on the tongue. App-solut recommended.
