Fortunately, after another call from me, I had the chance to meet Grégory on the phone, the manager of all the V and B stores. And he managed to find a solution and I had the transfer in 1 hour. Thank you very much to Gregory for his listening, his understanding and his speed. Too bad this was not done from the start by the store manager.

And yet, the crowds allowed it...with organization, determination and management, this relaxation area would become very pleasant again.
