Taco Bell - Triadelphia

I've not gone inside but it looks clean. The staff that works the drive through are all polite and up beat which makes for a great experience. As for the food, it's Taco Bell, so you know what you're getting. That being said the food is always hot and they don't skimp on things. All in all of you're at the Highlands and want something quick hit them up.

I love this place go there for lunch often. Always get my order right!!

I would appreciate it if the straw could be placed in a way that it doesn’t get crushed under the food in the bag next time. Thank you!

I didn’t feel appreciated as a guest during my visit. The shift leader wore a mask which only covered their chin, leaving their nose and mouth exposed. The quesadilla I ordered seemed to be reheated, as the tortilla was falling apart. I had to request the item be placed in a tray with a spoon so I could eat it properly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, I had to pull into the parking lot and wait even longer alongside three other cars that had been there even longer than us. When we finally received our food, everything was cold. I will definitely not be returning to this place. I suggest avoiding it to prevent any potential issues.
