Bidrage med feedbackAttention Owner; My kids have ordered from Kusina Ni Inang many times. Today (9/15/23) is my second time ordering their food this week. Overall, the food is excellent. However, the meat in the tiny egg rolls was stale. You wouldn't notice until you opened them up and smelled the meat. I know it's bad because my family has been in the restaurant business for many years. I hope that the owner will be more cautious in keeping the food fresh. We will order again, but I will skip the egg rolls.
Good food for a reasonable price when picking up from the restaurant! The pigtail was delicious, like the Leche Flan. The Klumpiang is so crisp. Look forward to coming back to more!
Don't believe in the hype. My wife and I often eat at different restaurants. This had some of the worse Filipino dishes we had? ve had extremely oily, salty and otherwise tasteless. Did I mention excessively expensive? It doesn't matter to pay extra for great dishes that are worth what I pay. But for a place that served dishes like the cook went bat crazy with salt is just sincere offensive. Spend your time and money elsewhere, huh?
Great Filipino Restaurant some of the items are expensive, but overall good place to eat.
Choosing two combos that were microwaves before they gave me. That was the moment I saw my food in a microwave restaurant. I mean, you can't do that. The fish was tacky, dry and not edible (because it was microwave and/or not fresh). The chicken fritada was TOO oily. The only fresh product we ate was the rice. In addition, the place uses the dining areas as storage for its supply, which really ruins the aura of the place. Pros: Great service with a smile, enthusiastic staff, many choices/options, simple parking, sitting available, quick pasalubong treats ready to buy and go. To say that this place is a four or five stars is a mistake because it is far better Filipino presented cuisine outside in an esthetic operation. If at all, this place would be related to a fast food operation, where increased amounts of oil and salt float. Unless Inang's kitchen change to a fresher, less oily mass production approach, I will not recommend this place. Filipino Essen deserves better preparation than what this local community presents.
