Jet's Pizza - Trenton

Disgusting to know that the staff doesn't wear hair nets or GLOVES when preparing your food. I watched them prepare my families food and to my horror the woman making it just kept touching every thing with unwashed or gloved hands. Pathogens are all over every handle and cupboard she opened while making our food, disgusted with this place, please shut them down until further food inspections have been processed and staff has been trained.

They don't use gloves to assemble the toppings on your pizza. I watched a young woman scoop the toppings from the cooler into a measuring cup, dump them into her bare hands and spread them onto the dough. That's gross. I left without ordering.

When I called to inquire Abt my missing jet bread, the person who answered confirmed it was missing and handed the phone off to a manager. Once she answered, the missing bread was never on my order and somehow I didn 't receive a receipt upon arrival. The total of my order does not accurately reflect what I received. It 's so disappointing how things are handled these days. I won 't order again.

Been our once a month spot for almost 20 years, never had an issue till now but I can't just neglect this one since I was treated like a idiot by the management. I ordered a large meat lovers pizza and a order of their boneless wings the pizza was perfect but the wings were terrible I posted a picture below there was maybe 4 wings and they were cold and unappetizing so I gave them a call and the girl who answered asked if I wanted to talk to a manager and when the manager picked up she explained that they measure them by weight and not pieces and I said well is it supposed to come out to less then 5 wings and she said well some could be bigger then others that was where we left off, now would this be acceptable to you? Shame I'll be taking my business to Southgate.

Caitlyn, she made me a pizza and it was horrible. soggy, cold, hard, and she thinks it’s okay to hit on MY man??
