Chicken Shack Brownstown - Trenton

I paid $8.47 for this 2pc chicken; it's dried out and does not look appetizing at all. Took a chance and it didn't work out. I will be avoiding Chicken Shack.

I was in a jam and they filled a catering order for me relatively quickly. It is definitely appreciated and the service was stellar!

Last minute birthday party and I mean last minute! Made one phone call and was able to order chicken, potatoes and cole slaw for a crowd of 30 people. They came through in a pinch and the food was hot snd delicious ?

I placed an online order with the Fort Street location, I get a call about certain fryers not working so they can only do coleslaw as a side. So she cancels my order. I call this location, and just make sure that all of their fryers are working and explain the situation. He says yes, and then tells me he has to put me on hold. Comes back onto the phone and says that they just had a oil spill, and cannot take any orders. Honestly, it?s just way to much of a coincidence. I ask to speak with the manager, and he tells me that he cannot because she?s on the phone with her boss. The whole thing is just incredibly sketchy. I?ve tried multiple times to order from each location, and there is always some sort of story as to why they are no longer taking orders.

Food was good. Fried cod was perfectly fried up. Shack potatoes were really good! Chicken wings were a lil too salty for me but still cleaned the bones. ?
