What a horrible experience. My family called to make a delivery order and the rep hung up on us twice. We finally make the order, they refused to deliver it and the supervisor took the call and then hung up on us. Very poor service and we are extremely disappointed.
Just came out of this pizza pizza to pickup my order. The pizza was missing a topping so I requested a new one. The lady at the counter wasn’t happy about it. So instead of making a new pizza, they added the missing topping on the old pizza and overcooked it!The pizza was worse and absolutely no apology was given.Honestly I don’t know why someone would think that it’s okay to treat a customer like that. Unbelievable!
