Di martedì, con locale semivuoto, siamo stati accomodati in uno dei tavoli più remoti all'interno e per 20 minuti abbiamo più volte tentato di farci attenzionare dalle cameriere almeno per avere il menù, mentre loro procedevano a servire e prendere ordinazioni da altri tavoli già avviati. If there is one word that can describe the experience I had here at Shi 's, it is undoubtedly extraordinary . My girlfriend and I were greeted with a warm smile by the manager Daniele, who immediately made sure that everything was perfect for us. The attention to detail and quality of the food was impeccable, with each dish arriving fresh and delicious. The presentation was exceptional and the flavor unforgettable. I cannot say enough about the talent and passion of the director Daniele, who made our dinner an unforgettable experience. His kindness and professionalism made our evening even more enjoyable and I can 't wait to return to enjoy again the delicious dishes carefully prepared by him and his team. An excellent sushi in Trento. A la carte menu with prices that are all in all honest for the quality of the food and the service. Very varied menu with unusual combinations but worth trying! It is located in a modern area of the city of Trento with little parking. In my opinion the best sushi in Trento, I recommend it! Splendid people. Especially Daniele the manager. Someone who knows his job. Clean place, shopping done daily, so everything is fresh, you have to try it to believe it.
