Very good service staff and eating was very good good music

We met here for a family meeting. our waitress was excellent and very attentive. perfect service

I was really inconsistent with this restaurant, we were shown our seats by a pleasant waitress, but under the table were many old chips, serviettes and other müll. After I wanted to go to a cleaner table, I found my serviette to have fat from the fingerprints of another, the menus were also fat. eating was simply thrown on the plate a very no frying approach, my bruschetta was soft it must have been microshaftd, with a bit salsa thrown up. my daughter pasta was bland my lasagne tasted ok, but impossible to eat for the first 5 minutes, as it was still spun from the microwave heat, but I had better frozen out of a super market. the burger my mannes was bland and very few chips, no garnish except a tiny piece of Limp-Lipus on the burger, it looked very inconspicuous. we've never been there and when we were friends saying that none of them had a good word to say about it. the only saving gnade was the waiter, he was nice and therefore my daughter did not complain. I think that complaining would not have made a difference that I think the whole place needs a complete rethink, a good clean and rent cook that can cook. please throw them the microwave that I would pay more to wait for decent eating.

Visited Christmas eve, booked for 8pm, rang to say we may be a few minutes late to be told they close at 9pm,now I hadn't been told this very disappointed to say the least, there was 6 of us, we arrived on time and we ordered drinks and had 3 cokes a few cocktails when they arrived there was no syrup in the coke so just like drinking water, the manager came over and said quite abruptly I've tasted the coke and there's nothing wrong with it, so basically called us liars, I tasted it it was water, one of the team said it was a new recipe but I'm sorry coca cola is coca cola.i have visited here with family and never been treated so rudely. Food from App. Burger was cold mayonnaise on what was looked like rubber cheese yep not good. Last time I ordered in the summer it was much better. No idea what has happened here!
