Bidrage med feedbackOrdered sandwiches there, the employee Sam was very rude, she threw vegetables and the lids covering the vegetables, she yelled at my wife about her co-worker not restocking the mayonnaise and we were served under cooked bread. This Sam lady was going on about how the oven had been broken for six months and to compensate she had been cooking the bread for 24 minutes versus the usual 14 minutes and to contact corporate. After googling I found the managers phone number. I called said manager, Chris Maiwald, and she was very rude. Took 45 minutes for her to arrive at the store only to offer us new sandwiches...on the same undercooked bread! She reluctantly gave me a refund. STAY AWAY!
My visit on 1-7-23 around 11:30 was very unpleasant. The female employee was very rude, throwing items around and very impatient. She was rude with attutide both verbally and physically. She was more concerned about her phone and personal things going in life then her customers. And she made sure everyone was hearing her. The place was dirty, tables uncleaned and unkept. She also did not change her gloves in between customers. I will not recommend this location.
Stopped to grab food and as we walked up to the counter area, the worker threw her head back and said something isn’t your job suppose to be making sandwiches to customers? We left will not bother someone to do their job if they don’t want to will eat somewhere else!
Watching this employee make sandwiches. Literally took 15 minutes to make 1 sandwich. I understand it's hard to find employees. But the management here really needs to step up and help out. Every other subway I've been to always has two employees working.
Who runs this place for the love of God find a new profession. If you can't notice first all the terrible reviews you either don't care Or can't read. Second if you have slower employees then schedule more then one.
