Tokyo Japanese Steak House - tree Town

Absolutely aweful place. The worse. I had a reservation at 6:30 for me and my toddler (just us two) it took an hour just to seat us WITH A RESERVATION. We were sat at 7:40 and we ate at 9!!!! A whole hour and a half just to be served food. My bill came up to $70 they didnt even offer to take the apple juice off my tab. Horrible service. The family sitting next to me go there way after me and my daughter and they were given comp on their tab but not ours. Will NEVER be returning. Highly disappointed. AND this place definitely does NOT take reservations, such a lie, I’ve NEVER had to wait this long to be seated AND to be fed.

We like the hot pot and have been going for years but prices have been increasing and noq gotten too high for us. We have seen many gradual cutbacks over time too.

Parking: The food was great. Limited parking, so if there isn't any available you have to park in the garage in the mall. The drinks and the service are nice as well. 10/10 recommended

I've been here twice with my boyfriend. Both times we had a lot of fun experiencing the immersive Hibachi.The only true criticism I have is that the people that are seated with you at the station can really make or break your overall experience as far as atmosphere goes.Service is overall fair and the hibachi chef's are always entertaining. Experience can vary greatly on the Chef too.The portions are large and I always have some to take home. I always get some kind of surf and turf mix.Parking is available onsite. Location is very close to the mall so provides a convenient indoor walking spot after for the cold months.

Food was terrible. I will never do hotpot there ever again. Ramen noodle packet, had more flavor than the broth. Everything just looks sloppy they don’t care about nobody, but their own kind when it came to presentation every time I try to get the waiters attention she kept saying later to me, I basically had hot water with hot sauce and lime. That’s what my broth taste like water down. Also, I felt rushed also, I feel like they jack up the price that food is expensive for no reason I didn’t even hardly get anything hot pot for two look like for one person and the fact They put a tip like they stamp it and red tip included. They are not friendly people unless you’re kind that’s all I felt because I saw how they greeted their own people but I will never go over there again.
