Kado's Asian Grill - Travis AFB

Was ready in less than 10 minutes and I loved my meal (w/ the special chicken). I went with my friend who was vegan. She didn't love the tacos, but loved the vegan role.

Food is good, but have many problems here waiting a long time for food. I ordered two rice bowls online today at 10:45 and it said they were ready at 11. I came at 11:15 and they were not ready. Quickly before 12 and we were told that we had to wait for more chicken that was finally put on the grill (one was made from 11-12). People who were ordered personally after my order got their food before me, even though we had the same order. I received my order at 12:30, which is almost two hours after my order and almost an hour and half of me waiting there personally. This type of regular waiting is absolutely inevitable. You need a better system on the way to operate your business quickly and efficiently.

Terrible service. Open at 8 o'clock. Staff uncooked food supplies from their car at 7:55. Doors were not open until 8:10. I was the first to order 2 Burritos and it took 35 minutes to wait. Management must enforce that place must be ready to serve food 8. Don't start cooking. Long waiting and $10 a burrito was overpriced. I'm not going anymore.

It's good, but it's not worth it. The service has become slower and slower over the years. You didn't start our order when we called earlier. 32 minutes for two breakfasts Burritos and two Musubi??? Is there no reason to go meat and rice ready when you? ve was opened for 45 minutes.

Love this place. I typically order the three meat sampler over rice, but am in love with the tacos. If you're vegetarian, their veggie roll is super tasty with all the sauces! The workers are always nice and give really good customer service.
