Red Mesa Grill - Traverse City

Was blessed to have the Red Mesa Grill within easy walking distance of our motel. Tasty food and ample portions. Efficient and friendly service from Server Heather R. Enjoyed my Taco Salad (a lot black beans, maybe too many, but tasted good), hibiscus margarita and salsa was delicious. Parking: Convenient and free parking

Disclaimer.. we are from Texas and we take our Texmex seriously... nothing we had was tex or mex but bland Americanized food with a nice atmosphere to eat it... not a horrible meal but not really authentic...

Typical American Mexican fare. Our server seemed distracted, unpleasant and unwelcoming, inattentive.

The salsa was fantastic! I would buy a jar of it to take home if I could. The tacos were enormous and reasonably priced! All the food was amazing and was fast. Service was great!

Food was great many food options . Nice plenty of sitting . The bartender was great . Traveling from out town and front desk helped with my phone a lifesaver .
