Green House Café - Traverse City

We went to the cafe on a busy summer weekend. I know there are labor shortages but was disappointed with how long it took to get our food and that even after waiting so long it was not fully cooked toasted. It was one hour after we ordered before beingserved. The rehydrated shredded potatoes were barely browned. I ordered toast and was served warm bread with butter wiped on it.Having said that, the food was tasty. I?m sure on a less busy day the place would be better.

The server was very kind and helpful, and the location good. The food was pretty good as well. I would give it another star if it wasn't so hot inside, and if the food (breakfast food) didn't take 45 minutes to arrive after being ordered. Was still anoverall positive visit.

Cool little place with an beyond burger on the menu. salate would be the other vegan option.

Met a friend here for lunch and was able to sit outdoors in an area in front of the café on the sidewalk, which marks it for dinner. I had the Rachel Sandwich: turkey with Swiss Koleslaw on grilled rye and I asked to add avocado. My friend ordered a prepared chicken sandwich on white with feta. While my friend wasn't so happy with her sandwich (it was a little dry), I liked it. The service was very attentive. Would return here sometime in the future to try their breakfast menu, which ends at 11. Note that I met my friend on 11 and the outside seats were only set up when we arrived. It was a Wednesday, so not sure whether outside seats after 11 are available only on weekdays or whether it is on weekends.

Small restaurant with really great taste. I had the Spanish omelette with chorizo and salsa and it was delicious. Good size and attentive service makes this a really nice place for a delicious lunch
