Noodle Paradise - Traralgon

The noodles were fantastic! It would have been a 5-star experience if the dumplings had been delivered as ordered through Doordash. Thankfully, Doordash is offering me a credit for the missing dumplings.

I am so unhappy with the service and quality of food we bought from noodle paradise, I NEVER would normally complain esp online but, we ordered online and paid online, the website was easy to use and the food was ready when I picked it up. The women who served me ignored me and just handed me the bag of food. I repeated my order back to her and she basically cut me off and sent me off with the bag. I got home and my order was wrong. However we live 30 mins away so we just shrugged it off as a bad customer service experience but then upon eating our meals we found the quality has really dropped. The meals we received were basically just noodles with flavour. 2 pieces of beef in what I think was beef and black bean and no veggies at all. And in the Singapore noodle (we think) about the same amount of veg and meat. I won’t be returning again Which is disappointing because I used to love their food. Bad service Poor quality food for

Very disappointed, hardly any meat in all 3 dishes. I tried to call to let them know, however no body answered the phone 2 days later finally got on to a girl that was NO HELP at all. She really didn’t care. Definitely won’t be going back. Save your money

Sauce and flavour are solid, but $14 for 5 pieces of meat and like a few beans is BS. Basically just sauce and noodles, don’t waste your money. Prawn crackers were good.

We ordered the black pepper beef and found the meat to be extremely tough and difficult to chew. It was a disappointing dining experience, and we do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
