Star Lunch - Trappes

A service not very well controlled. We're coming to eat there. We're not set up. The gentleman in the kitchen tells us to order directly from him. I'd rather be put at the table and let us study the map. Meat grills are very good I recommend kefta. at the end of the meal a mint tea is offered. Several recipes are not available as msemen for example. I ordered an assortment of seafood, the fish were not well-evided and with their scales! It's nice to the waitress to apologize. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my meal. I went there twice and I won't go.

Horrible! On site more than an hour 30 waiting to have 2 dishes! And when we order pizza and get 40 minutes after asking them we answer ah yes it is true we are told that there are 5 minutes waiting, we pay and 5 minutes later they only start pizza! More than 30min wait in the pizzeria for ordered pizzas! Never again.

We organized a family meal at the star lunch in the big underground room , we were 40 people , Everything was top ; Home , room , food, space games for children ... The hostess were smiling and available. The boss made us feel comfortable. Address to be recommended!
